If you have a problem with your vehicle, contact My Auto Import so we can gather necessary information that will make the claims process go more smoothly. Serious problems require you to stop driving the vehicle in order to prevent further damage to it. If the vehicle is damaged from continuous operation, the resulting repairs will not be covered. Refer to terms and condition on our website.

If possible, take your vehicle back to My Auto Imports. We are the most qualified to process your claim quickly and effectively. If bringing your vehicle is not feasible, you can take it to any licensed repair facility.

We will need your repair facility of choice to contact our claims administrator at 918-392-8793 in order to get the exact details of the repair. Since each claim is unique, the processing time varies but generally claims can be handled within a couple of hours. All updates regarding your claim should typically come from the repair facility directly.

On approved claims, RC Warranty Services pays the repair facility directly with a credit card upon completion of the covered repair. Its a simple and fast process!
