If you have a problem with your vehicle, contact the MY AUTO GROUP repair facility
where you had your original repair work completed so we can gather necessary
information that will make the claims process go more smoothly. Serious problems
require you to stop driving the vehicle in order to prevent further damage to it. If
the vehicle is damaged from continuous operation, the resulting repairs will not be
covered. Refer to terms and condition on our website.
If possible, take your vehicle back to the original MY AUTO GROUP repair facility
where you had your original repair work completed. We are most qualified to
process your claim quickly and effectively. If bringing your vehicle is not feasible
and you are 50 miles away from one of our repair facilities, you can take it to any
licensed repair facility.

our repair facility or you may read the full terms and conditions here.
You will need to return your vehicle to the original MY AUTO GROUP repair facility or
another MY AUTO GROUP repair facility if within 50 miles so we can gather
necessary information that will make the claims process go more smoothly. Should

On approved claims, the claims Administrator pays the repair facility directly upon
completion of the covered repair. It's a simple and fast process!
