If you have a problem with your vehicle, contact My Auto Grand Rapids so we can gather necessary information that will make the claims process go more smoothly. Serious problems require you to stop driving the vehicle in order to prevent further damage to it. If the vehicle is damaged from continuous operation, the resulting repairs will not be covered. Refer to terms and condition on our website.

If possible, take your vehicle back to My Auto Grand Rapids. We are the most qualified to process your claim quickly and effectively. If bringing your vehicle is not feasible, you can take it to any licensed repair facility.

You will need to return to My Auto Grand Rapids at 3985 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 if you are within fifty miles. Should you have any questions, please contact 616-343-8462.

On approved claims, RC Warranty Services pays the repair facility directly with a credit card upon completion of the covered repair. Its a simple and fast process!
